Shipping

Standard delivery within Lagos takes 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed. You’ll receive a text or email once your order is on the move

• Outside Lagos: Orders are shipped via trusted couriers and typically arrive within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
• International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide. Kindly send us a DM or email to process your international order.

Exchange and Returns Policy

• W.E. would accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages.
• W.E. would need to be informed about the exchange or return within 48hrs of receiving your order.
• W.E. would let you know if an exchange is possible, depending on stock availability.
• Items must be returned with Wandé Esan tags attached and must be in original packaging such as paper bags/protective bags.
• Returned items will be checked for damages or alterations. If returned items are in good condition, the exchange will be processed right away. However, if returned items are damaged or altered, the customer will be charged for this.
• ⁠Cost of return/exchange shipping for items delivered as ordered will be borne by the customer.
